Opinion on the Draft Constitution of the Kyrgyz Republic, Venice Commission (2010)

This document was adopted on the 83rd Plenary Session of the Venice Commission of the Council of Europe (June 4, 2010) and presents the opinion of the Venice Commission on the draft Constitution of Kyrgyzstan (version, published on 21 May, 2010). The Constitution was adopted in Kyrgyzstan by a national referendum in June 2010.
