Albania Fails to Elect President in Third Round, Balkaninsight (2012)
During third round of president election before the parliament in Albania, no candidates were submitted to an actual vote on the floor of the assembly. The fourth and, if needed, fifth rounds will require simple majority of votes for a candidate to be elected.
