Ecuador's Correa: has not ruled out new elections, Reuters (2010)

This article reports on the Ecuadorean President's statement about a possible call for elections. President Rafael Correa announced that he has still not ruled out the possibility of dissolving the National Assembly to call for early elections. The next national elections are scheduled for 2013.
