19th Annual Conference and General Assembly meeting of the Association of European Election Officials
Developing accurate voters’ list
9 – 11 September 2010, Tbilisi, Georgia,
Our Association on an annual basis brings together experts and heads of the election management bodies to discuss how to strengthen good governance through the guidance of democratic elections. This professional meeting provides an opportunity for electoral experts to exchange their experiences with colleagues from all around the world.
This year’s agenda will focus on voters’ registration. The 19th ACEEEO conference will be the closing event of the 2 years project started in January 2009, entitled ‘Developing accurate voters’ list in transitional democracies’ granted by the United Nations Democracy Fund (UNDEF).
The conference will feature professional development workshops, panels of election experts, an exhibition of electoral equipment and services.
