Guatemala: Former general holds lead going into Guatemalan election, CNN (2011)

Polls favor Otto Perez Molina as Guatemalans prepare to go to the polls Sunday to choose a new president for a four-year term. Perez, 60, is campaigning for the high office for a second time. He was defeated in 2007 by incumbent president Alvaro Colom.
