Liberia: Several Opposition Parties Divided Over Referendum allafrica.com (2011)
The referendum in Liberia is dividing the opposition. In fact some members of the opposition are considering the referendum unconstitutional and too sudden. Liberians are called to vote on some points of the constitution such the date of the election to be changed from every second Tuesday in October to every second Tuesday in November, the reduction residency of the candidate in Liberia from 10 to 5 years and tenure of the chief justice.
