Nigerian Electoral Commission Welcomes President’s Request for Election Delay voanews.com (2010)
In order to ensure free and fair election in Nigeria, the actual President Mr. Goodluck Jonathan is amending the constitution, to delay the election for a couple of months. So that the electoral commission can be better prepared to organize the upcoming elections scheduled for next year.
