Panama: Panama's Electoral Tribunal Proposes Censorship of Political Advertisements, Panama-guide (2009)

"Over the weekend judge Gerardo Solís, a magistrate on Panama's Electoral Tribunal, responsible for the oversight of the political and electoral process in the Republic of Panama, said they have decided to no longer approve the use of public funds to pay for "negative" political ads being run by the various campaigns".
