South Africa:ANC hits the election trail, IOL (2011)
Election campaigns are underway. It is reported that social networks are being used to gain support. This article reports on the slow campaign by the African National Congress (ANC) and the causes thereof. It is reported that the ANC, for the first time, allowed communities to participate in selection of ward candidates which caused some delays in the campaign process.
