I am fulani by tribe and 43 years old.I am with the Indepedent National Electoral Commission INEC,Sokoto state, (Nigeria) for the past 19 years as Election Administrator. I served as local Government Electoral Officer from 1994 to 2000 then I moved to state headquartes of INEC Sokoto as head department of Public Affairs,Voter Education and Political Party Monitoring and liason. I have attended many seminars and Workshops (BRIDGE) organised by IFES,IDEA and UNDP. I speak Fulfude, Hausa and English language.
