Deputy Director, Center for Democracy and Election Management and Adjunct Professor of International Election Administration, American University. Ten years of experience in progressively more responsible roles in the Balkans, Middle East, Caucasus, Latin America and West Africa working on post-conflict and transitional issues, especially elections. Responsibilities included management and evaluation of large elections and small community development projects, training, election technical assistance and observation and conflict mitigation projects, policy analysis and advice.
