Victoria Stewart-Jolley

Ms. Stewart-Jolley has a background in public international law, and work experience in international criminal law and human rights which has informed her entry into the electoral law field. Having worked with the Electoral Complaints Commission in Afghanistan she is currently the Legal Advisor for the United Nations Electoral Assistance Team in Sierra Leone and has developed a solid range of experience in relation to support to National Electoral Commissions, the creation of legal frameworks for elections in conformity with international standards, commission based and judicial complaints structures and the development of electoral/legal skills with national commissions.
