Bolivia:TEN NEW MUNICIPALITIES IN NEXT MONTH’S BOLIVIAN ELECTIONS

The regional elections of April 4 will be a milestone in the history of Bolivia as it is under the umbrella of the new constitution and the formal establishment of 10 new municipalities, La Razon newspaper said.
