The ruling African National Congress (ANC) has lanched one million membership recruitment drive yesterday. In his speech at the launch, President Jacob Zuma called the drive the M-Plan. He said the plan is named after Nelson Mandela's famous M-Plan, which was an underground recruitment campaign during the repressive government in 1950.
