Ms Tremblay is a former Project Officer with Elections Canada. Dominique is a political scientist who began her work in election administration as a research analyst for the Royal Commission on Electoral Reform and Party Financing.
She has experience in voter education, and has also worked in the office of returning officer. She has been involved in elections as a trainer or an observer in South Africa, Haiti, Cote d’Ivoire, Benin and Mali. Dominique is now working in strategic communications for the Government of Canada
Louise Olivier is a lawyer by training who has more than six years experience in the field of election management at the Electoral Commission of South Africa where she worked in recruitment and training, legal services and research.
She is based in Johannesburg, South Africa where she works as an elections consultant and provides legal research for the Open Society Initiative of Southern Africa.
