Voter education resources are usually available as samples and as evaluation studies of work
done in a variety of countries. Even then, these are often found together with more general
evaluations of an election. Some of these evaluation studies are listed in the general bibliography at the end of this topic area (see Voter Education Bibliography).
One must take into consideration that voter education materials are often ephemeral in nature and that they are seldom collected with the
necessary discipline in relation to the electoral context in which they were used. With this in mind, the working document, Good Commonwealth Electoral Practice, provides a contextual
overview of elections within which voter and civic education can be understood. Other readings have been extracted from the general bibliography for their general insight and for their
specific educational information.
